Shipping policy

Please note although we will do our very best - these services may be subject to delays beyond our control. 

• Free standard delivery on all UK orders (via Royal Mail, typically 3 working days)
• Next Day Delivery available via DPD (orders placed before 2pm) 
• EU orders will be delivered via UPS Standard 
• US orders will be delivered via UPS Standard 

All delivery charges are automatically calculated at check out. 

For all our customers outside the UK sales tax is set to 0%. Please be aware that you will be liable to pay customs duties and tax once your product has reached the desired country. Once paid, your product will be released by customs and processed for onward delivery. 

Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

Please note: If you would like to return your order, custom fees will not be refunded.
